Do our support workers need to download an app?+
No app store needed. When you give a worker access, they get an email with a link and their sign-in. They add Wattlekin to their home screen and it works like any other app, notifications included.
Does it follow the SCHADS Award?+
The roster checks every shift against SCHADS rules as you build it, like minimum engagement, breaks, broken shifts and sleepovers. Pay is worked out from the approved timesheet. You stay in charge: Wattlekin shows you the rules, you make the call.
Is it built for the NDIS price guide?+
Yes. NDIS support items and prices are built in, along with participant plans, budgets and shared supports in houses.
Does it work with Xero?+
Yes. Approved timesheets and pay runs go straight to Xero Payroll.
How private is participant information?+
Each organisation's information is kept separate. Support workers only see what they need for their shifts, and the rules are enforced on the server, not just hidden on screen.
